Management Rights Overview

Overview

Management Rights are the business of Caretaking the common property in the Strata Scheme and the provision of Letting Services for investor owned lots in the complex. These Rights are almost always accompanied by the purchase of a manager's residence and a Right to use an office/reception area in the complex.

Caretaking Services are provided to the Body Corporate in return for the payment of a fixed salary. The Caretaking duties are set out in the Caretaking Agreement.

Letting Services from onsite are authorised by the Body Corporate. However the income is not generated from the Body Corporate but from commissions charged to those lot owners who choose to use your Letting Service.

Types of Management Rights
